We wish to advise you that Dr Jonathan Lewin is now on leave from Wednesday July 2nd to Sunday July 20th. For this duration, our admin hours will be reduced to mornings only, Mon-Fri. Our clinic will be closed on Friday July 4th, Monday July 7th, and Tuesday July 8th.

For all urgent medical matters, please contact your GP, dial 000, or present to your nearest hospital emergency department.
The clinic will return to normal hours from Monday July 21st.

Patient Information
Appointments
Appointments with Dr Jonathan Lewin or our Registrar (available to public patients) require a valid referral. It is the patient's responsibility to check their referral is valid though our team will try to provide notifications of expired referrals when possible. Please note that GP referrals expire after 12 months and Specialist referrals expire after 3 months.

Consultation Fees
As a private practice, a private fee is required to be paid at the time of your consultation with Dr Lewin. Fees are set at the Doctors discretion. If you are experiencing financial difficulty, we encourage you to speak with your surgeon or the administration team to discuss billing options.
A Medicare rebate is available to all patients with a valid referral.
Initial Consultation (MBS 104): $230.00
Follow Up Consultation (MBS 105): $130.00

Telehealth Consultation - Routine Follow Up: $70.00
Telehealth consultations are only available at the doctors discretion and are not rebateable.
Additional Fees may be included for long consultations as well as onsite testing such as Flow Rates, Eligard Injections, and Penile Injections.
Private Hospital Surgical Fees
All procedures scheduled for AWPH are required to be paid in full prior to surgery date. At the time of your booking, you will receive an estimated quote of Dr Lewin's surgical fee. Payments can be made via telephone, in person or via online banking.
Our fees are in alignment with the recommended fees of the Australian Medical Association.
Private Patients in Public Hospitals
Patient care is our priority. If you have any concerns with regards to a surgery quote or are experiencing financial difficulties, you would be eligible to have your procedure through Albury Wodonga Health as a Public Patient for Medicare funded procedures. We do advise that AWH uses a category wait-list system and your procedure date will be determined by AWH based on this. Please contact one of our staff members if you wish to discuss further.
